Near to metro station and food restaurants. The receptionist, Mr Anander, was so considerate and accommodating, especially to my visitors, as i was on my medical recuperation. To the lifeguard, Mr Sutakar, who was helpful. To Mr Dhruv Bist (room attendant) for keeping my room clean and replaced the finished items. To Mr Jaydeth (supervisor), who was always asking me if the room has been perfectly cleaned and in order, thank you 😊 Above all, the staff are well mannered. It was far beyond my expectations that the staff i mentioned were professionally awesome. Kudos 👏

The minibar is stocked with snacks and drinks. Crisps would be a welcome addition but otherwise excellent selection. The location is ideal, being only a one minute walk to the Burjaman Mall and Burjaman Metro station with excellent connections throughout Dubai. I will most definitely come back to this hotel again.

Associates that stood out in terms of hospitality were: The Indian server at the 1st level bar (I couldn't get the name) Bellhop Sameer Houseboy Dhruv Bisht Duty Mgr Nitish Patra Also, with the help of Sriman & Sajeesh, I have booked the conference room for 4 days for my company usage.

The location is perfect. Very close to Burjuman Mall and Burjuman Metro Station which is one of the transfer stations in Dubai. Getting around is a breeze. Their reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks also to the bellboy, Mr. Shameer, for always helping me carry my heavy luggage and finding a taxi for me.The room's cleanliness has made me very satisfied.
